Screw Vacuum Pumps (VP series):
Screw Vacuum Pumps (Kaitec series) has a very high operating efficiency. As flexible screw air compressors are patented, Screw Vacuum Pumps (VP series) have lower energy consumption by approximately 20% as compared against vacuum pumps of comparable types. Under the same displacement of the compressors, such pumps require one less level than screw vacuum pumps of other comparable types.
Highly efficient separation system
High-tech sealants/lubricants are used to seal the rotor of the vacuum pump, and lubricate the bearing. In addition, cooling and heating are both provided. The displacement gas mixture containing lubricants can be purified through a multilevel separation system. Under such separation system, the filter core area by unit discharge is the largest in the industry, with the best separation effects. It minimizes the loss of lubricants and uses two-level separation.
Advanced activation device
It reduces mechanical shocks, lowers the dependence on the power grid, and improves the service life of the vacuum pump. By softly starting from zero electric voltage, the engine avoids insufficient triangular starting torque, thus significantly reducing engine, compressor, and power grid shocks.
No throttle intake during the vacuum process
For the VP series, the special intake design and the patented flexible screw compressor ensure the full-loaded operation from atmospheric pressure to maximum vacuum. This means that a better systemic vacuum can be maintained when sudden requirements for loading arise.
Under systemic vacuum, other models adopt the throttle intake design, which reduces intake loading. If the systemic vacuum suddenly drops, self-protection measures will be required to avoid the engine overload. In contrast, the vacuum pumps under VP series may in any vacuum save the greatest energy consumption, and maintain the systemic vacuum during full-loaded operations due to a flexible screw compressor that has the optimal discharge outlets.
High vacuum capacity
The Kaitec series of vacuum pumps can outpace the maximum vacuum level of 29.9 inHg.
This will allow any scenario for stable and continuous vacuum wherever such vacuum pumps are installed.
