Characteristics:
Ø Uses R134a, a new environmentally-friendly fluorine-free refrigerant that has no adverse effect on the Ozone layer;
Ø Compressor main unit is designed using advance NREC software. Combined with high-efficient heat exchanger it enables highly efficient cooling effect of the unit;
Ø Turbine made of high-efficiency back impeller; the entire unit is forged special aluminum alloy;
Ø Specially-designed lubricating oil system and control system work together to ensure oil for axle bearing of compressor whether it is in operation or during sudden power outage, thus preventing damage of axle bearing from lack of oil;
Ø Closed motor with rotor and stator being under evaporative cooling by sprayed refrigerant prevents over-heating of motor, thus extending its lifespan as well as reducing its external dimensions;
Ø Advanced motor activation (closed star-delta activation, multi-level adjustable activation, high-pressure direct activation) reduces activation current and ensures safe operation of motor;
Ø Use of icon-based touch screen and specially-designed refrigerating unit’s micro-unit control system ensures safe operation of unit with optimized control logic improve operating efficiency;
Ø Equipped with imported guide vane and adjustable vane diffuser which provide dual adjustment mode, thus expanding the adjustment range of cooling volume. This allows the unit's cooling volume to be freely adjusted within the range of 20~100% so long as the temperature of intake cooling water remains unchanged;
Ø Two-way high-precision double-ended gear height and width enables lateral translation of transmission. The gear box is equipped with double sound-insulation structure and condenser intake noise-reduction device to reduce overall noise of the unit;
Ø The unit is of skid mounted structure with compact design, thus occupying minimal space and making installation and translation easy.
